The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

INFORMATION I COLLECT
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you have authorised Etsy to provide to me), including your name, email address, postal address, payment information and details of the product you are ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for example, for a custom-made menu board with a logo) if you contact me directly.
WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information, namely:
• as needed to provide my services, for example to fulfil your order, settle disputes or provide customer support;
• when you have given your express consent (which you may revoke at any time);
• when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order, or in connection with legal claims, such as the need to retain information about your purchases under tax law; and
• as necessary for my legitimate interests, provided those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1. providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you have requested from me and in my legitimate interest in improving my services; and 2. complying with Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Customer information is important to my business. I share your personal information only for specific reasons and in specific circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to comply with my obligations under Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
• Service providers: I engage certain trusted third parties to perform tasks and provide services for my shop, such as delivery companies. I share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Compliance with laws: I may collect, use, retain and share your information if I believe in good faith that doing so is appropriate and necessary to: a) respond to legal proceedings or government requests; b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; c) prevent, investigate and address fraud and other illegal activities, security or technical issues; or d) protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others.
DATA RETENTION
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my privacy policy. However, I may need to retain this information to comply with legal obligations and regulations, resolve disputes and enforce my agreements. I generally retain your information for the following period: 4 years.
TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other countries. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to countries whose data protection and government surveillance laws differ from those of your country. If I am deemed to transfer information about you to countries outside the EU, I rely on the EU-US Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer.
YOUR RIGHTS

• Access: You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
• Change, restriction, deletion: You may also have the right to change your personal information, restrict my use of it or delete it. Except in exceptional circumstances (such as when I am required to retain data for legal reasons), I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
• Objection: You may object to 1. my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and 2. receiving marketing messages from me after previously giving your express consent. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for its continued use or it is required for legal reasons.
• Complaint: If you reside in the EU and wish to raise concerns about my use of your information, without prejudice to any other rights you may have, you have the right to raise these concerns with your local data protection authority.
